Our Beginning...

ProVest Commercial, founded in early 2023, was created upon the belief that great property services firms strategically build the value of CRE investments by partnering with their clients and providing service with an ownership point of view. That means being driven to identify every possible way to meet your investment’s strategic goals. Strategic plans on CRE investments may differ  –  an owner planning to keep a property for a long term hold versus an owner looking to sell their building quickly require alternative approaches during the ownership cycle. We understand this journey better than most, and work as your partner to make every decision with investment goals at the forefront of our service delivery.

James P. Tainter, CPM

Principal and Managing Director

With over thirty years of progressive experience in Real Estate Ownership, Asset Management, Brokerage, Development, Construction/Project Management, Sourcing Third Party Business, Marketing and Leasing, Asset Acquisitions/Dispositions, and Property Management on a diverse base of commercial, industrial, retail and multi-family product types; Jim’s track record for being actively engaged and providing exceptional service with an “owners point of view” via the deployment of high-functioning teams to many of the most discerning property owners is undisputed.

His strengths include employing a culturally strong Servant Leadership approach, earning the confidence of his clients, recruiting, developing, and motivating top talent, organizing engaged teams, and deploying best practice mentalities from an owner’s perspective is how Jim generates value for the clients, their properties, and the project leasing, accounting, project and property management teams he oversees.

As ProVest Commercial’s Principal and Managing Director; Jim is the senior executive with P&L responsibility on ProVest Commercial’s services platform overseeing all operational, property/asset management, and project services activities for ProVest’s growing 1.3 million square foot third party property services platform currently with assignments in Arizona, Southern California, and Texas.

Duties include new business development as well as execution oversight on all property level strategic business plans, client financial reporting, broker relationship management, and property tenant/operational/leasing/marketing oversight.

“Angel” is a dedicated property manager with over 23 years of property management experience. A respected professional and colleague whose clients adore; Angel likes to instill a shared enthusiasm and commitment to customer service, tenant retention, and pride of ownership as key drivers to achieving ProVest’s mission statements and her client’s investment goals. Always leading by example and ensuring all representatives of the company as well as her CRE clients are equipped with the necessary knowledge to be successful. She came to ProVest most recently from Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw a 1.2m sf industrial portfolio for several institutional and individual investors.
